Trading Terms & Conditions
- Initial orders are proforma invoiced and goods will be held for fourteen days only.
- Orders under $100.00 ex GST will have a $25.00 handling charge added.
- Freight charges from Lismore will be added to all accounts.
- Orders can be paid by Cheque, credit card - Mastercard, Visa or by direct deposit.
- We recommend requesting Registered Post as this is the only mal service that includes insurance against breakage or damage while shipping.
- Prices exclude GST. 10% GST will be added to the listed price of all items.
- Retention clause is applicable: Property in and title to the goods will not pass to the customer but will remain with In Your Dreams - Home Exotics until the customer has paid for the goods in full.
- Ascendancy clause is applicable: The terms contained in our Standard Terms of Trade shall be paramount over any terms or conditions contained in the purchaser's order form, unless a variation is agreed to in writing by In Your Dreams - Home Exotics.
- Risk in the goods supplied on our invoices transfers to the buyer at point of delivery.
